Claudine Hillier has been training clients for over 16 years and specialises in strength and sports conditioning for tennis. She spent three years at Pure Sports Medicine as Consultant Performance Coach for racquet sports, working closely with their team of osteopaths, physiotherapists and sports doctors to develop training programmes for optimal performance on the court, alongside injury prevention (prehab) programmes and post injury return to fitness.

Claudine has been described as a natural teacher and motivator and has published numerous articles on health and fitness. When she's not with clients or researching and testing new training methods, she can be found on the tennis court with a racquet in hand at any given opportunity.
